As I took the helm of my family’s company with a vision of radical hope, everything seemed aligned to throw me into the center of a new movement: the burgeoning world of Conscious Capitalism, Regenerative Business, Impact investing, and the rise of the Bcorp and Benefit corporation. These movements were founded on the belief that we can do good to do well, that people + planet matter at least as much as profit, that human values executed with integrity produce excellent results, and that full stakeholder visibility and accountability have begun to honor the beginningless cosmic principles of entanglement.
I’m grateful that these principles are now taken as self-evident, as we are in the mass deconstruction of the power-over paradigm, through both generational turnover and an awakening of values.

my background
I spent my early career working as a conceptual artist, an impact investor, a CEO of a multi-million dollar business, and an interim executive while my personal life was spent pursuing an impassioned devotional journey into the world’s wisdom traditions to seek universal truths. It wasn’t until I merged the different story arcs of my existence that I began to express my purpose — carving out a space for the great mystery in the business world and helping other executives and creatives witness the full potential of themselves nested in their collective systems.
Outside of my systems work with organizations and Leaders, I work as a Buddhist Chaplain, am ordained as a Lay zen Buddhist Priest, and am an initiate in ancient hermetic + Tantric lineages.
